Interim CEO & COO - 08/2016 to Present

Previously - EVP of Operations

  • Responsible for overseeing budgeting & forecasting, marketing strategy, company wide KPI's, legal & compliance, accounting & finance, reporting, HR & recruiting, & most importantly the overall impact on EBITDA. 

  • In less than 3 years, increased revenue by 42% ($12M to $17M) while increasing margins/net profits YOY by an average of 12+%.

  • Developed & created internal media buying team & company owned offers, resulting in $2.7M revenue & projected revenue of $4.2M.

  • Developed & created new KPI metrics for the team, restructured the bonus & commission plan to align it with company margins & growth strategy plans, resulting in higher performance & work efficiency.

  • Head of liaison in creating an online portfolio called, "CNexecutive.com" to showcase the companies financial integrity in securing banking relationships, LOC's, capital investments & private equity injections resulting in $4M in additional capital needs & $12M+ in additional revenue. 

  • Oversee key reporting & tracking configurations (Tableau & custom built), platform migrations (CAKE & EverFlow), & several other key API integrations.

Partnership Marketing Manager - 12/2013 to 08/2016

  • Maintained & created valuable business partnerships, implementing & evolving high-impact strategies to acquire partnerships via various marketing methods, such as; PPC, SEO, Print/Off-line, Email, Social, warm call transfers, etc. 

  • Managed 4 different verticals (Telco, Satellite, Home Security, & Solar Power), 19+ brand partners, & over 250+ active affiliate partnerships. 

  • Responsible for managing the channels P&L, preparing detailed marketing forecasts & budgets on a daily, weekly, & quarterly basis reporting to Executives & C Level Management. 

  • Increased sales by 15% by launching the DP Digital Marketing campaign, resulting in $1.8MM in gross annual revenue & producing margins in excess of 25+%.

  • Managed, Mentored, & led a team of 10+ employees. Conducted weekly 1 on 1's, quarterly reviews, & annual performance reviews. 

  • Managed 1/3 of company's revenue & increased overall channel revenue during tenure by 57%. 

Underwriter - SBG - 08/2012 to 11/2013 ​

  • Conduct in depth analysis on small businesses and individual profiles to determine repayment abilities for various loan products. 

  • Reviewed company prepared, audited, tax returns & interim financials in order to evaluate company historical trends & performance outlooks & credit worthiness.  

  • Adhere to Bank policies & procedures to ensure loan requests are accurate & within banking compliance standards. Conduct quarterly & annual audits. 

  • Cross sell additional products & services to attain & capture long term banking relationships & make recommendations as needed to secure lending needs. 

  • Assisted Bankers & Branch Managers on the more complex aspects of loan structuring, including long-term, fixed vs. variable rates, pre-payment penalties, etc.

  • Final decision maker in all loan inquires & applications, conducted over $130M+ in loan approvals & transactions.
